You have purchased a Club Caddy (CC) from a retailer and it breaks or begins to break (cracks around the inserts on the legs), what can you do. First of all, Just Play Golf, Inc. is only a distributor of the product. We are NOT the manufacturer and cannot take responsibility for all the product sold., if purchased from us, we will honor all of our sales with our guarantee. If purchased from another retailer, please take the bad product back to the retailer from whom you purchased and ask for a replacement BUT insist on the new & improved Club Caddy. It is easy to tell the old original models from the newer improved version, the product is WHITE (not pale yellow) in color and there will be a stripe of color on the inside of the leg. If you do not see color inside the leg, DO NOT accept a replacement. You'll end up with the same problem as before. Tell the retailer that you want a REFUND for defective product and you'll purchase elsewhere. There are many stores carrying the CC but, as of this writing, not many have replaced the old units with new ones.
